In January of 2007 I got a ticket for driving with no insurance in Utah. I now live in Missouri and have a Missouri license instead of a Utah license. Because of that ticket I was required to maintain SR 22 insurance in Utah. Do I still need to have an SR22 on my Missouri license?

You need to keep the SR22 on the UTAH license or it will suspend and cause your Missouri License to suspend. Should not need to file in Missouri, just meet your requirements in Utah until the have been completely satisfied.
