Get in good physical shape, eat very healthy diet, lose excess weight and run everyday ... practice, practice, practice.

im with Rob..., also to have dedication and actually want to run track and not bein on it because yuu were made or because someone wants yuu to do it... make sure its somethin yuu really want to do... but yes practice....
