watched a guy shore fishing@wallenpaupeck pa. saterday he had a spinning reel setup casted out with live bait then he opened the bale and put the line on some kind of clamp on his rod when fish hit it released the line from the clamp with his open spool .what and where can i buy one of those clamps or whatever they are called?
