Which Spongebob character would you compare this guy to and why

1. He speaks in gurgles and partial words.

2. Dreams to live in a house made of pie.

3. Unlike the rest of his friends he just stays home and hangs with the pets.

4. He was once feeding someones pet dog, he scooped dog food on his head, then done a weird dance and fell over due to his own clumsiness.

 5. He is a bit fat.

6. He wobbles when he walks.

Well, no one on Spongebob is wrapped too tight, but the severity of brain damage you're talking about narrows it down to Patrick Star.
