The alcohol is Creme de Menthe. I believe the other component is milk.

Vodka Grasshopper recipe

3/4 oz green creme de menthe
3/4 oz white creme de cacao
3/4 oz vodka

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

A grasshopper is a sweet, mint-flavored, after-dinner drink. The name of the drink is derived from its green color which is provided by the Crème de menthe.

Recipe
Ingredients:

2.0 cl Crème de menthe (green)
2.0 cl Crème de cacao (white)
2.0 cl Fresh cream
Mixing instructions:

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the Crème de menthe, creme de cacao, and fresh cream. Shake well for about 6-8 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
