Spices raise my high blood pressure --severely!

Brand new Yedda user. Why does my blood pressure soar when I eat spices like ginger, pepper or cayenne pepper? --raises BP from 160/96 to far more dangerous 300 (302/100)...combined with powerful sweating and odorous underarm body odor, especially left armpit. Once had diabetic reading, but sugar's reduced to 94 now. Email at elaine_mae@hotmail.com-- Thank you!

Your BP is way too high, even without spices.  Are you on any BP medications at all?

Your blood pressure is way too high. Take it from someone that also has high blood pressure, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible and get it back under control.

I recently went to a new doctor and noticed he was located in something called the Professional Building. I felt better right away.

Controlling BP is a simple task these days. See you doctor, follow his/her instructions, eat right and live long....
