to better understand ourselves and other people :)

and to make sure people clearly understand what we are saying to them

it also helps us not to be so scared either

. . . we need to study communication because it is the way on how to express our ideas and fellings. . so how about  those people who cannot speak they are using body language and facial expression... and nowadays all of us know how to communicate others right?? the foremosthing is you have the body knowledge, and heart in order to express your ideas. . . . . and thats my answer in this easily question . .
