Whenever I'm in India I like to have some cow. A nice steak, a burger and a big old milk shake.

South India includes lots of lovely and fresh ingredients in its cuisine like ginger, garlic, chillies, coconut, plantain, rice, lentils and more. The cuisine is quite diverse and includes dals and curries, dry vegetable dishes, rotis, chutneys, curd, pickles and fritters.
