need to get a ucc-3 termination statement

Who or what is sound garden

trying to track down a company known as Sound Garden, with an address of Woodstock, GA. the only other information is a phone number of 1-770-218-5478. When I call it, I contact some sort of UCC filing service (but the name is garbled)

It seems that there is a very good reason you are not able to get in touch with them. According to the attached document they went bankrupt. They are referenced on pages 1, 6, 14, 30.

According to the link posted by goldengopher, it is not Sound Garden that went bankrupt - but they were the secured party or creditor in a situation where another company went bankrupt.

Did you ever work with a company called AdvanceMe, Inc.? From what I've read on different forums, this is what they file UCC's under. Could be who has the UCC filed on your business.

Stacy, did you get your UCC release? or more info on this co? This appears to be a lien against your business (I assume) and you probable had a line of credit and this is their collateral.

I have one also and am looking for help.

I also had a lien filed on my business on 4/30/2009 which I was only recently made aware of. I have taken cash advances thru "advance me" who partners with first data merchant service. But i never heard of Sound Garden, until I called Co. secy of state, which led me to this website. Apparently anybody can file a lien on your business without any questions asked. My contract with advance me(now under the name Capitol Access Network) was only for my credit card reciepts. I learned a lesson- no more cash advances(payback rate-30 to 40 % outragous!!!) consumers beware!
