y=3.60

3.60x2=7.2

3.60x3=10.8

10.8+7.2+4=22

y^2 +3y - 18 = 0

Factor

(y+6)(y-3) = 0

Y^2 + 3Y + 4 = 22
Y^2 + 3Y -18 = 0
(Y+6)*(Y-3) = 0    
The answers ( = solutions) are:  Y = -6        and        Y = 3
