If I understand correctly you are looking for a battery of aptitude tests to be used for finding people dealing with software (programming, testing, etc.). I used the same system when I had to look for new employees. I would you suggest you consult an industrial psychologist who deals in testing of potential employees. You tell them what aptitudes you need and they will select the tests that are most appropriate.

You can get lots of General Aptitude Questions, C programming questions, Verbal ability questions form http://www.indiabix.com.
