You may try disabling some startup processes like this described

in here. Another option is try these tweaks on some startup files. Hopefully, some improvement will show.

Startup Delayer (http://www.r2.com.au) is a great freeware which lets you control which programs should start with the OS, as well as the the sequence and exact time of starting.

Eliminate useless programs and software
Run a disk defragmentation
Get even more free space
