because this here is los angeles and the mexicans hate blacks. They can't differentiate between latino blacks and american blacks so they essentially get lumped together.

We're a minority inside the minority; even american blacks or so called "african americans" don't tread us as equals from the ethnic background stand point.

Why should the DN write articles simply to feature certain people because of the color of their skin and their nationality? You are what is wrong with America today. If so-called "black Latinos" were featured more because of criminal activity, would that satisfy you? No, you would whine about it and accuse the DN of being racist. Just go making a living and be a good American...stop worrying about articles featuring black Latinos!

Many people of bi-racial background get their props. It only a small number when compared to idiots like Tim. Racism is stupid just like gangsters. So focus on positive things and you will read all types of articles focusing on bi-racial accomplishments. Just open a book and read for your self.

Hold on there Timmy boy.  This animosity between the Mexicans and Blacks goes way back.  I remember growing up in South Los Angeles back in the 80's, the Blacks treated us like crap (assualts, robbery, etc...).  I couldn't understand why they hated us so much,  being that they themselves were a discriminated race. So don't play the race card on how Mexicans hate Blacks.  The violence goes both ways.  Instead of pointing the finger how about trying to find a solution.  I believe the anwers lies in educating the younger generation.  How about we all strive to be good productive American citizens.  This is my motto: God, family, Country!

Blacks and latinos are featured in nearly every crime article published in EVERY paper in America. And you're only invisible at night and in movie theaters.

You know, now that you mention it, I'm rarely represented as a Norwegian American in the Daily News.Cry P.s. El Negro, us Norwegians and black/Latinos need to stick together.
