I am very much torn about what gender I am. I have such mixed emotions and feelings. I don't know what or how to proceed

Next time nature calls, take a look at what nature presents at the seat. If it dangles several inches, you are male. If it shows a cavity that you should protect then you are female.

Behave accordingly.
