RE: Smiley Central...is it safe to download?

I have had smiley faces for sometime.  Over the holidays I had mistaken it for some virus and cancellled it out.  Trying to get it back is impossible.  Now some casino (beting site) overrides it and no matter what I can't download it again.  Can anyone tell me what's going on and can you help?
