A really good recipe I've found is simply to place the pork chops (thawed) into your slow cooker, and add a can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup and a can of water (stirred) over the chops. Let the chops cook until tender and they truly are delicious. The soup makes a great gravy for biscuits, too!
