i am 100kg and 6 feet  and my marrige is in 2months and i want to get to80 kg fast is there any exercise to get to my target  plzzzz healp

Do these for at least 20 minutes a day, 4 days a week. But these will also make you eat more to keep up. You need a good weight loss diet that let`s you eat alot.
