I used to take sleeping pills and then tried all natural sleeping vitamins. After using them for a little while, I just tried to change my eating and sleeping habits. I ate lighter dinners earlier in the evening and made lunch my biggest meal. I also avoided naps during the afternoon so that if I woke up earlier enough in the morning I would be ready to sleep a full night's sleep at bedtime. I would also recommend exercise in the afternoon after work/school. I hope this helps.

Try taking a natural sleep inducer - melatonin or Valerium root.

Sleeping pills are used in the treatment of insomnia (difficulties in sleeping). If you feel that problems with sleep are having an impact on your life.

Sleeping pills are highly addictive - specifically those that don't contain all natural ingredients. What you probably want to do is look at a product such as NightCalm which has been reviewed on a number of sleeping tablet review websites.
