Hi Jessica. I'm not a mother yet but I've done my fair share of babysitting. I think the best thing you can do for a crying baby is first check that his/her diaper is clean. Assuming it is, try to feed the baby. If he/she won't take a bottle, try to rock him/her. A little bit of moment can sometimes help. I hope things get easier for you.

Always look your best because you never know who you're going to meet.
