Skipping letters in Email

As I type emails the letters are skipping around.  Some times letters are very slow to catch up.  I have Windows 7.  How do you fix this  It's driving me crazy!

How do I have AOL 9.7 email download attachments without asking for file

It will ask for file location. You can't prevent that. You might put the downloads in a Pictures folder, or Documents, or Downloads. The next time it will display the same folder you last chose, so you may be able to just click OK. But maybe you want to separate Mary's pictures from Jill's.
