pets, what can i use on my dogs skin for eratation from flea bites

Skin help for my morkie

What can I use on my morkie skin. She had a reaction from K9 advantix II which caused her to scratch excessively and now her fur is very thin and she has red spots on her skin from bitting at her self. What can I do to help her.
