My sister could be my mother found old diary of hers had  relations with father also old hospital papers showing she gave birth same day I was born. could I get dna test done ? I'm 16 shes 31.

A DNA test would be a good idea, if she is willing.

If she agrees to it, yes, you could get test done, but it would come out very closely related anyway, being sisters. But, things like this, I discovered, happen a lot more than you would think. I was surprised, but it seems to be a way that many families deal with teenage pregnancy.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Just ask her.  If she will be honest with you a DNA is unnecessary and costly. If she denies it then you have no other choice but to do the DNA but I'd ask first.
