Mostly because they want to get the hell out of Russia. And, unfortunately, many Russian women who come to the US pay dearly for it by being forced to become prostitutes by the Russian mob, who have a very strong presence in this country, unfortunately.

Russian men have their own characteristics. But I learnt that many Russian girls want to find a foreign husband because western men are family-oriented. They are polite. They have few ways to meet foreign guys so they choose Russian dating site. However, some Russian men like drinking very much. I think the most factor is that there are much more women that men in Russia because of historical factors.
