Discuss AOLHelp.Erin's answer to: Cannot sign on "socket network error" on MAC OS

When I have sign on AOL Desktop for MAC OS and it appear "Socket network error" via Broadband connection. So, I can using internet and my network is OK

The full message is "TCP/IP Socket Error". So, I have to try to sign on via AOL Desktp for Windows is OK. I think it cannot about network.
