Sick Yorkie-Poo!!!! PLEASE HELP

My 2 year old Yorkie-Poo has been having issues jumping up on couches getting in the the car and going up stairs this has got wores in the past week. He has never had these kinds of issues before, hes always a happy active dog. He got sick yesterday aswell. Todays the first day i can't say he is not himself at all hes acting very worn down and weak. He had worms but i treated him about 2-3 weeks ago and i have been checking his stool and it seems hes gotten rid of the worms, could that be causing any of these odd behaviors???
