just got a computer trying to find out why when i try to look at a minute video it stop then start again then start etc.

Could be various problems ... the Internet connection (if you're viewing the video online); several programs running at the same time; a flaw in the computer itself; etc.  Could you provide any details (about the computer, the video player, etc.) that might help with the diagnosis?

You must have Dial up or slow up load speed. Your computer is only downloading small amounts at a time. Once it plays what it has downloaded it downloads somemore and plays that until it completes the video.

I have dialup same problem. Had it checked and that was what I was told.
