Short Changed what do I do?

I was short changed at the store and could not get my $10.00 returned to me.

Did not find the answere.  Called the store 3 times and the manager never picked up the call.

What store was this? Most reputable places, like Publix or Kohl's, will not hesitate to refund your money. At the very least, they should have taken your name and number and called you when that cashier cashed out. Chances are they would have had a $10 overage in that drawer.
