I have begun jogging/walking every morning and in a very short time I found that my shoes absolutely suck. What is the criteria for a good pair of "wogging" shoes? What should I know about sizing. I've read several things on the net, but haven't found anything comprehensive about matching shoes to feet. Any suggestions?

Your best bet would be to find a store that sells running shoes and have them help you find a pair that suits your needs.  Most of these stores will let you run around the block with the shoes to see what works best on your feet.  I prefer a shoe that has about a half inch room in the toe for sizing, and is snug on the sides.  I prefer Nike AirMax 360's(though check my blog 42squared  for a rant on these shoes).  I am currently using Nike+ Shox and they are nice on my feet.  Try on a bunch and see if the store will let you take them for a spin.

to be honest with you,

it's the runner that makes the shoes,

not the shoes that makes the runner.

anyway-saucony grid xt-600.

best shoes ever.

and go to a goddamn shoe seller.
