I think that black/silver shoes would be fine. Black pretty much goes with everything, and since your suit is charcoal/grey, I think that silver would be fine too.

doesnt sound like a match to me, but it's a matter of taste. Why not go with a gray heeled shoe?  Here's a few ideas.
