Look for information on global illumination. I don't know how it's done in real life, we only do it in CG. But I assume the principle is the same. Photographers use global illumination frequently for product shots.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Why must theist cannibals always be so disagreeable? 
It is because I am a fanatical cannibal, devoted to my cult as bitterly as a Muslim suicide bomber.  Cannibals like me must always go out of their way to be absolutely disagreeable but that is what we get for eating out on atheists. Sheer mindless folly.

You need a fixture with a very large surface area. Something like an array of 6 0r 8 4'x4' fluorescent fixtures nested tightly together. You may have to remove some of the tubes if the results are too bright

things like mustard or light green doesn't look good with darker skin. Try either bold or dark. I wear alot of blue and black and teal also looks good with dark skin too. I think any shade of blue looks nice with darker skin in my opinion.
