Why? Seriously. I have never understood why anyone would want such a thing. I'm very sexually open myself, but fisting just seems to me to be absurd.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

Be aware that if you start doing this and keep doing it on a regular basis, you may end up with parts that are permanently stretched - which will lessen your sexual pleasure and/or require surgery to adjust.

If all the good stuff is boring you need to readjust your thinking about what sex is. You can go off in strang places and you just keep moving further away for each other, seeking a higher high and what you really need is to get closer so that when you love each other it really means something. Don't just put anything in your body and expect it to satisfy when it starts with the heart. Keep it real, use it for what it was made for.

Not routinely used, but when warranted as a preventative measure if a baby is stuck, you should discuss the subject of an episiotomy procedure in advance with your licensed physician.  Otherwise you will tear which could be a more serious laceration. 

Please note:  there is no sexual pleasure in this procedure.
