You didn't mention how old you are and how much time since you are a widow.  The easiest way is to find a partner.  There are so many potential partners, much more than you can reaslize.   A partner that will suit you and you feel good with (yes, even love !).  And there are several good ways to find a partner today.  You might spread the word and your friends will be glad to do it for you.   If you don't want a permanent partner it's also OK.  If you don't want a partner at all than there are some solutions as well (consult the proffesionals or even a sex shop).

If you are looking for an intimate relationship, I would suggest trying online dating. You can meet some really amazing people through the web and may even find that you can fall in love again. I would suggest that you start with pleasing yourself until you find a partner that you enjoy spending time with and can get along with.

Hi,

I would start by getting out a bit, first thing. It depends how old you are but I think at any age you can enjoy a night out on the town. Make sure your friends know you're interested in a relationship (maybe they can help you meet some people) and perhaps you can try online dating as lovedoctor71 suggested but expect being disappointed quite a bit.
