Yes, though I wouldn't get over enthusiastic. Anything sexually you can do while you're pregnant, though you need to take care as you get closer to delivery, and some things may be uncomfortable.

If a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, then that makes me a burning truck filled with TNT hurtling through a rocket fuel depot.

just make sure he washes is hands and his fingernails are clean,and as long as your dr says normal sexual behavior is ok, this is ok.just take it easy and make sure of cleanliness.

yes, as long as you are careful and don't get too into it. if you have started your sexual activity with your spouse and the female is feeling unsure about the safety of the fetus, then stop asap. no need to push her into labor. now if you are trying to induce labor, sex always helps. the hotter and dirtier it is, the more the baby will want to come out.
