You will need 3 rectangles: (2) 12x9 ,(1) 12x43. Sew to make an open ended cube w/ 1/2 inch seam allowance and hem the bottom. Trim the corners [cut diagonally across the triangle tip]. Turn right side out and square the corners with chopstick or something similar. Embellish as you wish.
