how to get help with a divorce settlement if you are in jail. I'm asking this question on behalf of a friend who has been in jail for four months awaiting trial. His wife filed for divorce shortly after he was incarcerated and since he has no money cannot get a lawyer to represent him with the settlement. What are this young mans options?
