Hello - my name is Ashley, and I'm with Suddenlink.  To set the time on the Suddenlink DVR, please follow these instructions:

  • Push on the menu button on your remote
  • From the menu options on your television screen, select home icon
  • Then, select the Cable Box Setup button
  • Here, you will change your Front LED Display on your digital box by pushing the right arrow on your remote to change the selection from current channel to current time.
