Which set of baby names is worse?

These are known as ghetto names and these are names of former classmates: Arneisha, Shereya, Sherrita, Latrease; My junior year english teacher's first name was Laquisha; Tashiana, Markesha, Jaqueisha, De'Je, Tequila (though Its not so bad) Quantavious, Desean, Bushon, Adarius, Laprishe, (pronounced Lah Pree Shay) Lanitra, Rhomesha, Keishadia.

These names are Scottish, Irish, or Welsh in origin: Orla, Kenna (from the surname McKenna), Finlay, Lachlan, Killian, and Hamish

They're all bad but at least the second set has some history behind all or most of them. The first set came out of the minds of uneducated people of color who wanted to give their children unique names so they threw in a few extra syllables and some accent marks and wound up with stuff like "De'Je" and "Laprishe."

No wonder baby name books tell you to say your chosen names out loud to see how they'll sound to society at large. Undecided
