I have a list of around 2000 links all page rank checked and numbered. the best way is to only submit to pr4s and above,write articles,blog etc aim for the best reanked like dmoz,yahoo,

The best practice is to build links in a good community sites, blogs, directories. You can also do reciprocal link building on high PR blogs. This is one of the best way to gain so many backlinks.

Building backlinks not mean you spam everyehere. If you actually want quality back links then then write informative content on your blog that can easily get connected to bloggers and they will link back to you naturally. Natural link are actual links for your website that helps you to rank on top.

If you are building links to your site you need to make sure you do it on a daily basis and target minimul amounts each day, maybe 10 - 20 links per day.
