My Wheaten Terrier has issues with a sensitive stomach she vomits a few times a month should I be concerned with kidney issues since she is almost five? The vet does not seem to be?

Do you feed your Wheaton food that as chicken in it? I know of a wheaton who was allergic to chicken and until they changed her food her stomach was very sensitive.
