How to sell a car with two names on the title. I co signed a car loan for my 21 year old daughter.We are both on the title. She skipped out leaving me the car, a ton of collection calls and this extra car payment.I have someone interested in buying it, but to no suprise she is nowhere to be found. Is there anyway this car can be sold?

Depending on the state you live in, you may be able to get power of attourney for the purpose of signing the title for her.   If not you could try to get a mechanics lien title.   I would start by going to the license bureau and ask them what to do.

No matter where you're going, once you get there, there you are.
