Select a sleep beds - REPAIR/REPLACE MOTORS ON BED

select a sleep beds  I purchased a Select a Sleep brand queen size adjustable bed in Houston in 2001.  The motors that raise and lower the head and foot of the bed has stopped working.  I need name and address of someone who can repair or install a new set of motors; or if the motors cannot be repaired or replaced, need name of a dealer in Shreveport LA so I can buy new bed.
