how to draw up a contract with a unmarried mate that does not work

i quit my job 5 years ago to work for him, in his house  he wanted me to travel with him..

now i have not got a paycheck since may 08  he sold that company that i was getting a pay check from.

i want some security a house to live in if something should happen to him

to be in his will , so i will be taken care of

etc.
