How far will an electric scooter go if your 150 pounds and the battery is 48 volts- 22 amps/hour and a few steep hills? and a 110 volt "smart" charger?
I don't know the answer (because it depends on the battery chemistry which you didn't specify; and whether you are willing to put the lifespan of the battery at risk by drawing down the battery to zero) but you can hire an electric vehicle buyer's (or buying) consultant to help you match your needs to the ebike or escooter.
If you simply buy the cheapest (usually a GIO brand escooter), you could be making a $600-$800 mistake because all electric bikes and scooters have an "Achilles Heel" which must be addressed with a hardware "patch" to prevent the ebike or escooter from early death.
Do a search for HOW TO WEATHERIZE or HOW TO RUGGEDIZE .. your electric scooter on the Internet -- if you want your electric scooter to last more than 2 years.
If you are planning to buy a used electric scooter, you will probably need to RESTORE THE MISSING POWER in your electric vehicle. (Do a search for those terms.)
Do you know why Craigslist is full of electric scooter sellers with very low mileage on their e-bikes, e-cycle, or e-scooter? It is because these electric scooter owners have hit a "brick wall" that the electric scooter maker didn't tell them about.
So, you'll pay a little for advice now, or you'll pay more later, imo.
