They changed the name of this product. It used to be called Salba. It's essentially the same promotion, only with a different name. And when it was called Salba, it was nothing more than chia seeds... just like the Chia Pet. Now, the health benefits of chia seeds are real, and everything they say in the ad is true. But you can go online and by a bag of chia and grind it yourself for about a third of cost of a bottle of BenVia.

I purchased it and had a big allergic reaction to the first dose.  Bloated abdomen.  My research found that if you are allergic to mustard (which I am) you should not take BenVia Gold.  It's related to the mint family and mustard.
