Your car insurance goes up.

THAT WHICH DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER. Bull. Reality is, it will usually hurt like hell and leave you with a permanent limp.

no one is there and everybody hears of it. no one is left and everyone knew. all is right nothing is left. a bright light and lights out. lights out and the light comes on. left is right and the right left. knocked silly but no one laughed. in is out. out is in. black is white white is black then gray. primary colors become rainbows. dead jihadists worry about the 72nd day. on is on it. the front meets the back and says hello to itself then kisses its rear end hello. the end blows itself off and rearends itself. doublespeak isn't it is one speak. I could go on but I have to go to the bathroom. unmoveable becomes unstoppableSealed have fun.

I'm very skeptical of optimists and pessimists

'Something's Gotta Give' by Johnny Mercer (sung by Rosemary Clooney).

"When an irresistible force such as you

Meets an old immovable object like me

You can bet as sure as you live

Something's gotta give, something's gotta give

Something's gotta give"

nothing

Both of these are imaginary concepts, not descriptions of real objects.  When two imaginary objects meet, nothing happens, except in imagination.

I don't know for sure, but upon thinking about it, it seems to me that the immovable object would remain immovable, and the unstoppable force would also remain unstoppable, but be diverted in direction upon meeting the immovable object and keep on going as in a 'ricochet' type of effect.  Again, it's just a thought.

Exactly.

Picture gale force winds (hurricane strength) and mountain. Wind blows, mountain stays, force of wind is dispersed and diverted elsewhere.

There are no such things in the real world. The question is silly.
