Normally unemployment benefits are for people who have lost their job through no fault of their own and are looking for work.

If you begin to attend school or enter into a training program, you must contact the claims center and speak with a representative who will give you further filing information and explain your eligibility. 

Please do not provide false statements when filing, as in Nevada if you receive over $250 through those means, it is a felony.  Also you must pay back any fraudulently received benefits plus penalties and interest

The 2009 Recovery Stimulus Package is full of financial lending incentives to make it easier for unemployed workers to return to school.
