It totally depends where, it can be an F, and D- or a D, depending on what your grading scale is.

It depends on grading scale . some schools have A-90,B-below 90 and above 70 , C- below 70.

Some schools will have A-above 80 and B-below 80 and above 60 C- for below 60 .

Purely depends on the individual school grading scale.
