I think Jessica Ahlquist deserves the scholarship.

Atheism is a belief system, just as all other belief systems.  There should be equality for all  persons.  Scholarships can be given to anyone anytime as far as I am concerned.  Learning belongs to all of us.

Because this question implies that atheists should be awarded full scholarships without asking, that all others be flatly refused scholarships per se, and that militant atheist bias be rigidly maintained through all instiitutions of learning worldwide, then I cannot support so extremist a sectarian requirement. 

I see no reason to require rigidly formalized atheist sectarian hatred as an absolute requirement for scholarship, financial aid, and graduation.

TR, if you knew the friends I am acquainted with who are atheists, you would see that not ALL atheists are aggressive, hateful,disruptive and antisocial.  It is not smart to generalize when speaking of fellow human beings.  I think God needs for us to show His love to all of His creation.

It's their money. They can set up a scholarship for anyone they want.

You sure do like to talk about atheists AC. Why do you think you and all of Rockmike's aliases enjoy talking about atheists so much? One of Rockmike's aliases explained that his father was an atheist and was dying and he didn't feel bad about it. Was that you AC? That is a good enough reason to hate all atheists, but at some point healthy minds and hearts get through all of that. Why can't you? Don't you want to get well Ac?
