scene hair is usually done with extensions on a short cut...the extensions are added around the parimeter to give it sort of an un-finished look!

The first thing you have to do is clip the top layer of your hair,use a razor to thin out the bottom layer.Razor it lightly depending on how thin you want it to be(if your hair is not that long<you can always add extensions),after that unclip the top layer and comb it out then grab sections of your hair and use scissors to make choppy layers by cutting them the length you want it to be(choppy layers will make styling more easy like teasing or dying the bottom layer any color),if you dont have bangs yet grab a certain amount of hair and comb it out covering your forehead and make side slashy bangs and also make it look choppy

Take a flat iron to ur hair then lift up the top sides and back .spray underneath and tease downwrds. Spray and lightly brush out frizzy pieces. Spray again and scrunch up with ur hands. Goes good with a headband with the sides down.
