Scar removal treatment

Are keloid scars harder to get rid of than surgical scars. I have tried a variety of scar removal treatment and it seems that each scar has a different healing time.

Scar revision is a procedure to improve the appearance of scars caused by injuries, surgery or other incidents. The procedure basically replaces the scar with a smaller, less visible marking.

I got an scar close to my knee due to my road accident and it took 11 months to heal injury and left me with a scar 8 inches wide 2 years ago. I tried several scar removal medicines and cream to for the treatment of that scar. It indeed take extra time than the surgical scar for completely recover and heal.
